In some cases, clients ask CCG to deliver a detailed business plan document with pro forma financials, so that the plan can be used to help pursue funding opportunities. In other cases, we produce a more abbreviated plan using retreats, staff and constituent interviews, and a fresh assessment of the marketplace.
