CCG SEARCH PROCESS
Search Preparation: Because the criteria for each search differ widely, the Caesar Consulting Group Executive Search team works closely with clients to ensure that the organization´s needs are clearly understood and articulated, both verbally and in writing. A clear vision of job responsibilities, and a candidate´s ideal background, qualifications, and personality are determined by interviews with board members, key staff, and management to accomplish an ideal fit for both the client organization and the candidate. A traditional search time line is provided for your review. Search Strategies & Resources: We utilize resources beyond traditional recruiting methods to identify candidates who share the organization´s vision and who will thrive in its culture. Top candidates are identified based on a tailored approach to each client including use of existing networks and mainstream and new media advertising. Prior to posting and publication, the client approves all public listing and advertising. Interview Process: Upon identification, the most qualified candidates are interviewed at length to assess appropriateness. The Caesar Consulting Group then presents the client organization with three to five top candidates. Or, at request of the client, we can forward candidates on a “rolling basis” as qualified candidates are identified. References: Once finalists are selected, we check references thoroughly to ensure the validity of candidates´ credentials and learn more about the individuals. Negotiation: If requested, we help negotiate compensation and other arrangements, assisting the client and the top candidate to reach a mutually satisfying agreement. Post Placement: Most of our placements result in long-term employment. However, if termination of the new recruit occurs within the first year, a replacement candidate will be found at no cost to the client. |
